I think you would like los Cristianos, that is where I am based. We get very little wind and it is a short car journey to Aldea blanca, but bear in mind prices are a lot higher than you would find in out of resort villages like Aldea Blanca.
Costa Adeje, the luxury coast, and Los Cristianos, the more laid-back cousin, are two of the most popular resorts in the south, offering a wide range of accommodation options, restaurants, and entertainment venues. These areas are particularly popular with tourists and expats, creating a cosmopolitan atmosphere.

Whoever used to fish in Los Christianos they are mostly gone now and in place of their huts on the beach only monster hotels remain.
